Logistics Analyst
Position Summary
An ARC Supply Chain Solutions Logistics Analyst is the liaison between our clients, their suppliers/customers, and the carrier base. The logistics analyst will perform a wide array of operational business functions for the client and focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive processes for quoting and controlling clients’ freight.
- Ensure TMS data is complete and accurate for clients.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships through close contact with purchasing and materials personnel.
- Plan and execute cost-efficient, timely solutions for client supply chain needs.
- Generate, audit, and pay invoices for both carriers and managed plants.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of comparable work experience, internship, or relevant studies preferred.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and communicate status updates to clients.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to follow standard processes and procedures.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Warehouse Team Member
Position Summary
An ARC Supply Chain Solutions Warehouse Team Member participates in all warehouse operations. Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading/unloading vehicles of all sizes, and checking in freight.
Full-time position: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate a forklift.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Serve as communication liaison between warehouse and client’s customer service rep.
- Accurately assess the condition of materials upon delivery.
- Freight check-in and labeling for outbound loading.
- Load outbound consolidation trucks based on the manifested load form.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of comparable experience; forklift experience preferred.
- Quick problem resolution and communication with client managers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow standard procedures.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Familiarity with transportation vehicle sizes and capacities is a plus.
